Behavioural Assessment

Success Insights Behavioural assessment is based on the work of Dr. William Moulton Marston. Born in Cliftondale, Massachusetts, in 1893, Dr. Marston was educated at Harvard University. He received three degrees from that institution, an A.B. in 1915, an LL.B. in 1918 and a Ph.D. in 1921. In 1928 he published a book, “The Emotions of Normal People”, in which he described the theory we use today.

The ability to interact effectively with people may be the difference between success or failure in our work or personal life. The Success Insights collection is a family of software reports that meet a variety of needs and special applications required for increased individual and organisational effectiveness:

The reports are generated from individuals’ responses to various questionnaires and quantify information on how we perceive ourselves and how others may perceive us. Through personalised information, respondents have the opportunity to immediately increase their knowledge of themselves and how they interact with others, resulting in increased effectiveness and productivity.

Manager-Staff Version

Our most popular report, this assessment enables employees and managers to learn more about each other in 15 minutes than they could working together for a whole year. The Employee-Manager report can be used successfully to get new employees off to a quick start, re-vitalise existing staff members, improve team communications and morale, and build sound employee-manager relationships.

Sales Version

Geared specifically towards salespeople, the Sales report takes into account the crucial differences between salespeople and other groups of employees. It provides the sales manager with information on an individual’s style of selling, influencing, overcoming objections, closing and servicing accounts. MFS Sales is particularly effective when incorporated in selection and recruitment campaigns, or used as a sales training and coaching tool.

Customer Service Version

The Customer Service report offers specific techniques for developing communication excellence with customers, and facilitates superior customer interaction. Employees will be able to recognise different interactive styles and develop their approach accordingly, ultimately leading to improved customer satisfaction.

Team Building Version

The MFS Team Building report helps the manager identify and harness individuals’ strengths and aptitudes, and effectively channel them toward group goals. The information is presented in a non-threatening manner to encourage team members to share reports, recognise team priorities, resolve conflicts and disagreements, blend individual styles and achieve team objectives.
