Just a quick note to say thank you so much for arranging the Assertiveness Skills course for us at such short notice. Despite the timescales involved you assured me that you would deliver an excellent course and you certainly lived up to that promise.
Most importantly the feedback from the delegates was fantastic. They all came away buzzing and confident that they could put their new found skills into practice back in the workplace. Please pass on my thanks to the trainer who genuinely seems to have motivated and inspired the group. She had a lot of ground to cover during the day but she seems to have coped admirably, keeping things on track whilst also handling any questions or concerns that arose.

Training Needs Analysis Training
I am writing to thank you for all your help, support and delivery in our recent venture of training a number of individuals to be able to conduct a meaningful Training Needs Analysis for our Organisation.
I am sure you will have spoken to Paul at length and that he has passed on to you the comments made on the Evaluation Sheets. You can believe me when I say that it’s not often you get praise like that from fire-fighters, they are by nature very sceptical and questioning about any new initiative.
The course was well planned, from the initial Scoping Day when all of our needs where discussed including the delivery method required right through to the final delivery of the course to all who attended.
I have had a number of discussions with those who attended the course and all have echoed the comments made on their initial Evaluation Sheets as well as being able to discuss the finer points now that they have had time to digest the content. Could you please pass on my thanks to Paul for an excellent course well delivered. His pace and ability to get everyone involved was a major talking point which will I am sure be of benefit to me when I implement the process in the near future.
Once again could I pass on my personal thanks to you and I hope if the opportunity arises in the future our two organisations can work together again.
The Train the Trainer programmes provided by Total Excellence Centre got rave reviews from all the participants who found the pace, style and content tailored to meet their specific requirements. We were looking for assistance in the preparation of a new procedure and the delivery of a structured and motivating awareness programme. Total Excellence Centre showed that they understood the culture and values of the Fire Service. They did not have preconceived ideas, but brought a solid base of knowledge and understanding, which was of immense value during the consultative and planning phases.
A constructive and proactive partnership was created and the brigade has benefited through a series of interesting, challenging and thought provoking awareness courses for line managers. The sessions were delivered with enthusiasm and zest.

This 13 month, ILM Endorsed "ASPIRE" programme was very relevant to my role as a Senior Manager within the public sector and more specifically the Fire Service.
As former Head of Training for the fire service you must be congratulated on the standard of tuition. Each subject was delivered with enthusiasm, great experience and sound knowledge by consultants that clearly understood what the delegates needed from the programme. All of your consultants were prepared to go the extra mile and were only too happy to provide support and advice outside the classroom environment.

The service provided by Total Excellence Centre was exemplary from the initial scoping meetings, to the delivery of the modular training programmes, known as - JIGSAW.
